Super Rush Turnaround!
Need it in a hurry? We normally complete our regular design projects in 48-72 hours, however personal brochures can often take longer. If you’re in a bind and need these right away, we’ll attempt to complete your project within 48 hours. If we don’t meet the cutoff time, the rush fee will of course be waived.

Turnaround Times and Super Rushes
We’ve been there!!
You’re anxious to get started on an effective marketing strategy, and are excited at the prospects of getting these brochures into the hands of homeowners who live in your market area. But how long will it take to get these done and have them in hand???
Here’s an example:
If you place your order Monday morning using the Super Rush option, we’ll try to have a proof ready no later than Wednesday (it’ll often be by Tuesday!). If it’s approved and uploaded to the printer on Thursday morning, they’ll typically print and ship same day. Depending on your location, you’ll get them 1-2 days later in most cases.
Bios and other Information
We’re pretty good at writing bios and introductions!
There are boring bios…and there are great bios. The boring ones are simply a choronology of one’s achievements without injecting a personal touch. If your bio is all “I did this, and I did that” you’ll bore your audience to tears. Are those things important?? Sure they are! But so are things like patience, and a sense of humor, and guidance under pressure. People want to work with people, so we’re big believers in sharing a bit of who you are in addition to your achievements. We can help with that!
Sending High Resolution Images
This applies to property photos, personal photos, and logos/branding that will be used in your marketing. ALL IMAGES MUST BE HIGH-RESOLUTION. The easiest way for you to get them to us…is to simply forward them via email as attachments. Let's Talk Print Options
We typically will print these using heavy 14-pt. cardstock for the outside cover, and slightly thinner 100-lb. cardstock for the inside pages. We then finish them with a lustrous high-gloss UV coating, and they wind up looking and feeling VERY high-end and luxurious! Other finishes are available, from matte, to “soft-touch” silky laminations, and even on thinner paper if that’s what you prefer. Call for details.
Invoice & Payment
As you may have noticed, we aren’t using a traditional shopping cart on our website. Instead, we’ll discuss the order details with you personally to ensure it’s exactly the way you want it. We’ll then email an invoice which you can pay from directly. We never collect your credit card information, nor do we store it anywhere on our system. Instead, we use Authorize.net (one of the nation’s largest and most secure credit card processors) to handle each of our credit card transactions. Optionally, you can elect to pay us using Zelle. Either way, doing business with us is a safe and incredibly secure transaction!
