We all sometime struggle with follow-up, and it’s usually because we never seem to have notecards handy. Yes, we can send an email…but it’s not very personal and it’s usually short-lived (i.e. deleted). So instead, we add the follow-up to our “To-Do” list until we can drive to Staples and pick up a pack of 25 generic notecards. More times than not, however, other things creep into our schedule and the notecards never get purchased…(nor sent out).

Notes regarding notecard and envelope print turnaround: Smaller quantities usually print in 24-48 hours, but large quantities can take 5-7 days. For envelopes, there are two types. “Logo Envelopes” are plain white envelopes with your logo or branding printed on them. Those don’t take long to print. Custom envelopes, on the other hand, are more “graphical” and can be completely custom (full color inside and out). Custom envelopes are printed on flat sheets and are then sent out to be “converted” (cut, folded, and glued together). As a result, the entire process takes a minimum of 7-10 days. The print pricing shown above is for standard Logo Envelopes.

Plain vs. Custom Envelopes
In an effort to save money, some customers order plain unprinted envelopes from a variety of sources online. The required envelopes are standard A4 size (4.25 x 6.25″) and are available in white, along with a variety of other colors (which may or may not precisely match your notecard). Most store-bought envelopes are also 24# in weight, whereas ours are 70# (almost three times as thick). Nonetheless, it offers a way to save on both the layout and printing of fully custom envelopes.
Sending High Resolution Images

Invoice & Payment
As you may have noticed, we aren’t using a traditional shopping cart on our website. Instead, we’ll discuss the order details with you personally to ensure it’s exactly the way you want it. We’ll then email an invoice which you can pay from directly. We never collect your credit card information, nor do we store it anywhere on our system. Instead, we use Authorize.net (one of the nation’s largest and most secure credit card processors) to handle each of our credit card transactions. Optionally, you can elect to pay us using Zelle. Either way, doing business with us is a safe and incredibly secure transaction!
