Super Rush Turnaround!
Need it in a hurry? We normally complete our design projects in 48-72 hours, but if you’re in a bind (open house maybe?) we’ll attempt to complete your project within 24 hours. If we don’t meet the cutoff time, the rush fee will of course be waived.

IMPORTANT: In order to offer the fastest shipping times throughout the entire country, we are now using several digital print vendors (Texas, California, Florida, and Massachusetts). For offset printing, we use printers with locations around the country. As a result, the print pricing shown will vary depending on which vendor we use for your particular order. Please call with any questions, as it’s difficult to list all of the paper options, finishes, and pricing options offered by each printer. Please refer to the maps below for estimated shipping times.
Also, please note that we no longer upload artwork to outside print vendors, as in the last year, we’ve run into quality issues, and in 5 instances, the printers copied our work and sold it as their own. If you have a local printer who would like to become a print partner of ours, please have them contact us directly.

Frequently Asked Questions
Turnaround Times and Super Rushes
We’ve been there hundreds of times!!
It’s 10:00 pm. on Monday night and you just got home from taking a new listing. The seller wants you to have an Open House this coming weekend. Tomorrow’s Tuesday and you need to have the brochures designed, printed, and delivered by Friday. Can it be done?
The answer is yes (probably).
If you place your order Tuesday morning using the Super Rush option, we’ll have a proof ready either that evening or the following morning. If it’s approved and uploaded to the printer on Wednesday before 2pm CST, they’ll print and ship on Thursday. Depending on your location, you’ll get them on Friday. It may require 1-day shipping options, or potentially using a printer local to your area (their pricing and finishing options will not be as attractive as ours) but at least you’ll have something for your open house.

Property Descriptions
We think property descriptions should be more than just a written tour of the home.
We often read property descriptions that say something along the lines of, “When you enter the home, the formal living room is on the left and the dining room is on the right. Further down the hall is the kitchen.” Oh, we get it! It can be tough sometimes to come up with something more compelling!! That’s where we can help! Since there are a bunch of photos already, we’d rather describe to buyers what it’s like to actually live in the home instead of describing what’s already in the photos. We might write something like “On family night, curl up with the kids and a bowl of popcorn on the couch next to the fireplace to watch your favorite movie with built-in surround sound.” We think that can resonate more with buyers than saying “The family room has a fireplace and surround sound.” Additionally, if you plan to have us create the features list, remember to let us know things that we can’t readily identify from the photos, i.e. water-softening systems, proximity to hiking trails, saltwater pool, etc. Anything you feel is important to include.
Sending High Resolution Images
This applies to property photos, personal photos, and logos/branding that will be used in your marketing. ALL IMAGES MUST BE HIGH-RESOLUTION. The easiest way for you to get them to us…is to forward the link your photographer sent you to download them. If you’d prefer, you can also send them via email, but that can become tedious as most email systems will only allow 5 or so per email. Let's Talk Print Options
On our order form, none of the paper or quantity selections are set in stone until we’re ready to upload to the printer. Many agents decide to order an extra 50 to hand out to neighbors…and others will take advantage of the incredibly low EDDM postage rates to mail their flyer or brochure to 500-1,000 neighbors to let everyone in the neighborhood know how their home will be marketed if they list with that agent. Rush shipping options are also available…and we’ll cover all of those things with you prior to printing.
Invoice & Payment
As you may have noticed, we aren’t using a traditional shopping cart on our website. Instead, we’ll discuss the order details with you personally to ensure it’s exactly the way you want it. We’ll then email an invoice which you can pay from directly. We never collect your credit card information, nor do we store it anywhere on our system. Instead, we use Authorize.net (one of the nation’s largest and most secure credit card processors) to handle each of our credit card transactions. Optionally, you can elect to pay us using Zelle. Either way, doing business with us is a safe and incredibly secure transaction!
