Photo Enhancement

Important!

Your project includes one or more photos that have been graphically enhanced. Unless the rights to those photos were explicitly assigned over to you, the photographer who took the photo(s) still owns the copyrights to them. An enhancement to those photos can in some instances be considered a copyright infringement. As such, Luxury Home Brochures requires that either the photographer reviews your proof and releases us from liability by approving the enhancements we made, or that you as the agent acting on behalf of your brokerage holds us completely harmless from any and all actions resulting from same.
